| TeenWants Inc. is raising capital from private investors. Our main need is to have an investor which is highly interested in our operations. Once an Investor has taken the role of a shareholder, he will be placed in a shareholder agreement. TeenWants Inc. is going to have an annual shareholders meeting to make corporate decisions. Our investors are going to have the chance of being a part of our business in possible board of director and management positions. TeenWants Inc. is willing to give its investors a huge role in its normal business function. Financially, TeenWants Inc. is looking to sell 49% of our stock for working capital. The price of stock given out to our investors will be determined by the board of directors. |
